Accounts Receivable is responsible for centrally processing monies, ensuring funds are received when due, and properly accounted for and safeguarded.
The City of Palmdale assesses a $25.90 returned check fee for the first returned check and a $36.26 fee for returned checks afterward.
If you would like to pay an outstanding balance on a returned check, please submit your payment in cash, credit card, money order, certified check, or cashier’s check — personal checks cannot be accepted.
If you are paying in person, please stop by our office at 38300 Sierra Highway, Suite A, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are closed on Fridays.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover payments in person or over the phone for your convenience. Please call the Finance division at 661-267-5440, or visit our offices Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
