We are excited to announce that Senior and Adult Lap Swim programs are now Senior Swim & Therapy and Noon Lap Swim & Therapy. Although our program names have changed, our quality and dedication remain the same.
New: A membership is required for Senior Swim & Therapy and Lap Swim & Therapy, and Recreation Swim. To purchase a membership, use the links provided below:
We encourage lane sharing as we strive to accommodate all. As a lap swim and therapy participant, you are not always guaranteed your own lane and may be asked to share with multiple users. We kindly ask swimmers to use proper lap swim etiquette and swim counterclockwise while also staying to the right of the lane.
If you are interested in extending your senior swim time, you will need to exit the facility at the end of your session and use your lap pass again to join the next swim session.
As a reminder, our aquatics facilities are outdoor pools with water temperatures maintained at an enjoyable 80-83 degrees. Outdoor weather can be wildly unpredictable and at times affect the way the water temperature feels as one enters and exits the pool.
These are lap swim sessions dedicated to adults and adolescents over the age of 14. This program encourages individual swim preferences and self-directed exercises such as water aerobics, lap swimming, treading water, and any other therapy exercises. No drop ins or on-site cash transactions, purchase a membership using the links above.
One hour time block for swimmers 55 years and older. This program encourages individual swim preferences and self-directed exercises such as water aerobics, lap swimming, treading water, and any other therapy exercises.
