Movie Nights Planned at the Library

PALMDALE – The Palmdale City Library is continuing Wednesday Movie Nights with a new series for November. The movies featured will be Top Gun (Rated PG) on Nov. 2, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (Rated PG-13) on Nov. 9, Spider-man: Into the Spider-verse (Rated PG-13) on Nov. 16, Where the Crawdads Sing (Rated PG-13) on Nov. 23, and Cruella (Rated PG-13) on Nov. 30. All ages are welcome to participate, and popcorn will be provided, while supplies last. Movies start at 5:30 p.m., are free to attend, and are sponsored by the Friends of the Palmdale City Library.

“For this November, we wanted to provide our community with a little something for everyone,” said Library Director Robert Shupe. “Here at the library, we will be featuring a different movie genre every Wednesday night, including family movies, action, drama, and horror.”

The Palmdale City Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
