Legacy Commons Hosts Annual Senior Resource Fair
PALMDALE – The City of Palmdale’s Legacy Commons for Active Seniors, located at 930 East Ave. Q-9, will host its annual Senior Resource Fair on Wednesday, April 19, from 10 am to noon. Admission is free and intended for those age 55 and older and their family and friends.
More than 30 vendors representing health and wellness, housing, transportation, and leisure activities will be onsite to answer questions and present information. There will also be free prize drawings and door prizes given away during the event.

Legacy Commons provides adults age 55+ the opportunity to remain young-at-heart with a wide range of drop-in activities in a modern, contemporary center. Experience camaraderie, enhance your overall health, continue learning, and foster self-reliance through our fitness and exercise classes, visual and performing arts programs, informational seminars, and special interest groups. Adjacent Legacy Park features walking paths, picnic tables, bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits, and a croquet lawn. Visitors are invited to pick up a detailed schedule of activities.
