WHAT: Legacy Commons Holiday Extravaganza

INFO: Legacy Commons’ annual holiday party offers active seniors the opportunity to get together and spread holiday cheer to each other. The festivities will include entertainment, food, dancing, music and raffle prizes. Entertainment will include the Silver Crew Line Dancers, a 12-Days of Christmas Sing-Along, and a performance by students from the Kids and Music program at Gabriel’s House in Palmdale. There will also be a dance contest toward the end of the party. The event is free to the seniors and is primarily funded through the fundraising measures of the Legacy Commons Advisory Board (LCAB).
ABOUT: Legacy Commons provides adults age 55+ the opportunity to remain young-at-heart with a wide range of drop-in activities in a modern, contemporary center. Experience camaraderie, enhance your overall health, continue learning and foster self-reliance through our fitness and exercise classes, visual and performing arts programs, informational seminars and special interest groups. Adjacent Legacy Park features walking paths and picnic tables, bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits and a croquet lawn. Visitors are invited to pick up a detailed schedule of activities. No membership required.
