The Palmdale City Library, located at 700 E. Palmdale Blvd., will hold a Perler beads craft program for teens next Thursday, Feb. 13 from 4 to 5 pm.
Perler beads are special beads used to make designs that are fused together with an iron.
“This will be a great chance for teens to let their creativity shine and have some fun,” said Library Associate Amanda Arnold. “There will be lots of different designs to choose from, and it can be opportunity to make a handmade gift just in time for Valentine’s Day!”
All supplies will be provided by the library. The event is free and primarily for teens, though adults and pre-teens are welcome.
The Palmdale City Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm; Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm; and Sunday from 1 to 5 pm.
