1. I turned in my application, what happens next?

• The department will review your application and contact you. 
• A meeting will be scheduled to discuss the event. 
• If the application is approved, a facility use contract will be created. 

2. Can a date be held?

Yes, once a facility use contract is signed by both parties and a deposit is collected a date will be reserved. No dates will be held prior to receiving a signed contract.

3. What happens after the contract is signed?

Staff will work with you to facilitate required permits, documents, and insurance.
